The purpose of this container is direct coaching among your brothers to go deeper on the work and get direct feedback on the parts of your life that you need help with. These calls will be less teaching focused, more direct coaching to support the actual integration you need in your life and relationships.

The Initiation of Man: A Legacy Experience

The Initiation of Man is a bespoke experience designed for men entering the second half of life who are ready to orient themselves toward deep purpose, legacy, wisdom, and meaningful service orientation and contribution.

Held in a place of extraordinary mountain beauty and western luxury, this intimate gathering is limited to just five men.

This is not a retreat. It is not self-improvement. It is an initiation.

Over the course of four preparatory calls, a five-day immersive experience, and a year-long integration container, you will be guided through a profound process of reflection, vision, and commitment. Together we will uncover what is seeking to emerge in this next chapter of your life and create the structure, accountability, and brotherhood necessary to bring it into reality.

The men invited into this experience are those who have already accomplished much, yet know there is still something essential calling them forward.

For the right man, this experience will become a defining turning point—a moment remembered for the rest of his life as the day he consciously chose the future he was here to create.
