All calls are at 11am CST to 1pm CST - please use the calendar link above to add them to your calendar. These calls are required unless you have a specific situation that you have already communicated with us. If you are unable to attend a call, please give our team 24 hours notice prior to our calls so that we can design our small group practices according to the number of men. No-call-no-shows can result in disqualification of the program. Our intention is that all men complete this program strong from start to finish, all in and present.

Please prepare to be in a private space free of distractions where you can fully participate on the calls. We ask that you join the call from a computer or laptop instead of a phone or ipad.

Calls will begin at 11am CST Sharp.

Please arrive 10 mins early and join the waiting room to settle into your space and be prepared for practice.

We recommend giving yourself 5-10 minutes after the call ends to integrate before jumping into your next meetings or daily to-dos.

The calls will be held on zoom - As you arrive for calls, please be muted with your camera on.

You will be required to be on camera. If you cannot be on camera, please let our team know.

Please make sure you are familiar with the platform. You will use the reactions button to raise your hand for Q&As and if you want to ask a question (We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask questions!) we ask that you be on camera!

The structure of the calls will always begin with a physical practice of breath and/or movement. You can do this seated at a desk or on a meditation cushion. Make sure you have room to move around, sit and stand. Please be properly lit so we can see you.

If there are deeper practices that requires a different set up, we will give you notice ahead of time!

As a way to anchor into grounded presence, we ask that you be seated in a comfortable position, not laying on a bed or relaxed on a couch.

The calls will have a teaching component, space for Q&A, and different exercises that may break you into small groups. Something to consider for these calls: You get out what you put it - please participate, ask questions, and bring what’s alive for you as other men will also benefit from your shares.

Private Community Space

Please download the Mighty Networks app.

You will want to access Mighty Networks on both desktop as well as the app.

All our program information, call recordings, and practices will live here.

You will have received an invitation from mighty networks to join the private 2026 Way of Man Community Space within the Mighty Networks app.

If you are already part of our community, this will show as a separate space within the Network.

STEP 4: Download the Signal app (A private communication tool) for all group messaging throughout the program. Once you download the app, you can join the group thread via the program information page above. You can find it here: https://signal.org/download/

Once you have the signal app installed on your phone you can Click This Link to join the 2026 Way of Man Messaging Thread. This is where you will be invited to share thoughts, reflections and will get occasional reminders and, during the immersion, schedule updates.

STEP 5: Please fill out the Emergency Contact Form Found Here. This is critically important for us to have in the lead up to and during the immersion.

STEP 6: Show up to the first Way of Man call, via Zoom, on January 15th! Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled before we start the call. DO NOT show up at 11am cst on the dot, arriving a few minutes early means you are on time for an on the hour start to the call.

Immersion Details

The Immersion is at The Mountain Retreat Center, in Highlands, NC

Your lodging and food is included in one charge that will be paid to the venue directly. Depending upon the room selected it will cost between $450 - $850 per person. Please see the link below to complete your registration. There is also a step by step page that shows how to complete it.

The Immersion begins on Wednesday, February 25th - Make sure you arrive between 3pm-5pm for registration. We will start promptly at 5:30pm with an orientation.

You can depart after 12pm on Sunday, March 1st.

Please do not arrive to the venue sooner than 3pm on Wednesday, February 25th - we would like the arrival experience to be intentional and cohesive. This also gives our assistant team the time necessary to set the space for your experience. If for some reason you need to fly in sooner, please find a place to stay or entertain yourself outside of the property before driving in for the 3pm arrival! Thank you!
